Preheat oven to 280 degrees. Combine above ingredients in bowl, mix thoroughly, then heat and slowly simmer for 20 minutes. Cook brisket in double foil for 3-4 hours, depending on size.
Toss chicken with olive oil, cilantro, honey and lime juice. Marinate for 3-4 hours.
Prepare outdoor grill. Lightly coat chicken breasts with olive oil then coat with 1.5 tsps. of Scarborough Chicken each. Grill the chicken until well-browned on both sides.

Combine ingredients in bowl marinate the fish for 45-60 minutes.
Prepare grill under low heat and brush grill with oil. Grill fish, brushing several times with the marinade, until cooked through and opaque in the center.
